~ Custom Hot Stamp Mudflaps ~

Our Mud Flaps (a.k.a. Mud Guards or Splash Guards) are formulated and blended with a unique compound of elastomers designed to handle extreme temperatures. The Hot Stamp process requires the use of a magnesium tooling die — engraved with a specific logo or artwork — to permanently imprint the design onto Mud Flaps using heat, pressure and foil. Hot Stamp Mudflaps are notoriously durable, making it the perfect choice for long-haul semi trucks and trailers. All of USA Flap's products feature universal mounting holes for easy installation. Universal mounting holes are oval in shape, four (4) across, 3/8" x 3/4" in size and located 1" from the top and sides of the flap, with 6-1/8" spacing between holes. No drilling necessary.

Standard and Deluxe Hot Stamp Mud Flaps feature anti-spray grooves that direct water, dirt, mud and other debris down and away from the truck's undercarriage. Things to consider when purchasing Hot Stamp Mudflaps:

MATERIAL — Our Hot Stamp Mud Flaps are made from PolyGuard or RubberGuard products and designed to hang freely behind the rear tires.

FIT — Make sure the product you select is the correct fit for your commercial vehicle. Our full-size Hot Stamp Mud Flaps are stocked in three (3) standard sizes (24x24, 24x30, 24x36) and available in custom sizes to give your commercial vehicle maximum coverage.

STYLE — Custom Hot Stamp Mud Flaps are a great way to add a personal touch to your commercial truck or trailer. Choose from our inventory of stock graphics and/or letters in Arial font, or supply your own logo and graphics for a permanent advertising solution (NOTE: Die Charge (also known as a "Tooling Die"), $20.00 artwork fee and $20.00 setup fee apply).

WEIGHT — The thicker and heavier the Mud Flap, the less it will sail while in motion — which can allow road debris to blow past — and cause problems for other vehicles around you. Our 24" wide stainless steel accent weights add style and stability to hold the flaps down for better performance (NOTE: Weights can be personalized as well).

Hot Stamp Mud Flaps are preferred for larger quantity orders as there is Die Charge. That doesn't mean Hot Stamping isn't a good option for smaller quantity orders — especially since it can produce amazingly detailed graphics — but some customers may be discouraged by the upfront cost of the magnesium die casting. However, once the custom die is made, it is less expensive (per pair) compared to our Reflective Mudflaps.

Pricing for Hot Stamp Mud Flaps is calculated by the size of the design in square inches, per color, plus artwork and setup fees. $30.00 to $160.00/pair is the average price range not including the cost of the magnesium tooling die.

Our Hot Stamp process uses high heat and pressure to permanently bond text and company logos to our Poly/Rubber Mudflaps for long-lasting, highly-visible graphics.
