Stock Products (Poly/Rubber Blanks, Stock Designs, Stock Weights) ship in 5-10 business days. Custom Products (Reflective, Hot Stamp, Custom Weights) require an approved artwork proof and up to 21+ days for production. About Us.

Established in 1993, USA Flap is a family-owned business with 30+ years of manufacturing experience. Our Mission is to provide the best quality Custom Mud Flaps for semi-trucks, trailers, emergency vehicles, tow trucks, and all manner of commercial vehicles.

Sales Tax.

Sales tax is automatically applied for orders delivered to Indiana or Nevada, as well as any state where we've met the economic nexus threshold. Your invoice will reflect the applicable tax amount, if any, in the final total. Tax Exemption is given to customers who have submitted a Resale Certificate.

Delivery Times.

We need your shipping address before we can give an accurate delivery estimate. We use UPS, FedEx/FedEx Freight, and XPO Logistics, whichever is cheapest. Orders for more than 25 pairs are shipped on a pallet. Due to COVID-19, some carriers have extended delivery times.

Order Minimums.

We do not have "order minimums" (to begin production) at this time, but we attach an "under minimum fee" of $5/pair on orders less than 10 pairs. However, our pricing methodology is tiered, meaning substantial discounts are given on bulk quantities ordered. The larger the order, the more you save!

LOCAL PICK-UP (INDIANA ONLY).

You can place your order online and pick up your items at our facility in Aurora, Indiana. Processing and production times are approximately 14-21 business days. Contact Us with any questions.
